Billie, Mary Alice, Helen, and Natalie have spent forty years working for the Museum, an elite network of assassins. Despite their extensive experience, their talents are now considered outdated, undervalued in an age dominated by technology.

When the foursome is sent on an all-expenses-paid trip to celebrate their retirement, the unexpected happens—they are targeted by one of their own. The Museum's top-level members, known as the Board, are the only ones with the authority to terminate field agents. The women soon realize that they’ve been marked for death.
