Shipping Information
We ship all orders from the UK using Royal Mail, the reliable and trusted postal service.
UK Domestic Shipping
- Standard Tracked 48 (2–3 working days aim): From £3.55 (Great for most book orders – tracked with online updates.)
- Tracked 24 (Next working day aim): From £4.45 (For faster delivery – ideal if you're in a hurry!)
- Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next working day by 1pm, with £500 compensation): From £11.90+
Small parcels (up to 2kg, max dimensions 45cm × 35cm × 16cm) suit most books or small sets perfectly. Larger/heavier orders may use medium parcel rates (up to 20kg).Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We aim to dispatch orders same day (before 12pm) (Monday–Friday). Delivery is usually Monday–Saturday. Tracking: Every order gets a tracking number emailed to you.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! Rates start from around £8–£12 for small parcels to Europe (Tracked options available). Full international rates and customs info shown at checkout. Delivery times: 3–10 working days (Europe), 5–21 days (Rest of World). Note: Customs duties/VAT may apply for non-UK orders. Important: We pack books securely with recycled materials where possible. If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days for a replacement/refund.

All payments are processed securely via our encrypted checkout (PCI DSS compliant). We never store your full card details. No surcharges for any payment method. Your order confirmation email includes full payment details.
