His first book, The Great Immigration Scandal (2004), exposed abuses within the Home Office and led to the resignation of immigration minister Beverley Hughes. Although criticized at the time by the government and the 'liberal' media for alarmism, Moxon's analysis has since been embraced by most major political parties. In fact, his views on the dangers of multiculturalism were even echoed by the Chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality, prompting the Evening Standard to remark, "Moxon appears not so much a racist as a visionary."
However, immigration was never his primary focus. Moxon joined the Home Office to study its HR policy as part of a decade-long investigation into men–women dynamics. This book is the result.
